General Operational Topics
I participated in the audioconference today called: “Dialogue with the PC Leadership Centers”. Our service called in and spoke to the fact that we have developed a patient/family satisfaction survey and are using Press Ganey as our quality data collection. I would like to invite other PC services to email me regarding our Press Ganey PC Survey that is sent to 100% of the patients/families we see in our service.
I would love to see other PC services join with Press Ganey so that “we” can start building comparison groups, because as it is, our service are a lone entity with Press Ganey, and while we get high percentages of goods to very goods, we don’t have any other like services to compare to, so are unable to demonstrate “top box” ratings.
