Post Palliative Care Physician

Hello, I am currently heading a team developing a palliative care program at a 250 bed hospital. We have begun seeing inpatient referrals through the oncology service under the oncology director's supervision. The hospital is now looking at recruiting a physician for palliative care consults. I am needing to estimate the hours per week needed for this physician. Can anyone help out with this?
