There are wonderful resources on the CAPC Website under the CAPC Resources, Tools section, specificaly a section with helpful hints about billing. I encourage you to go to that site. It also has links to the CMS website that will be sure that you get up-to-date information. Hospice and palliative care billing need to be kept seperate. I think the link to CMS and referring to the tools on the CAPC website will hold the answers to your questions.
