I am currently re-starting a program in our hospital. I would really appreciate any help that I could get on what to put on poster boards throughout my facility, one for patients and one for staff.

Hello Tonja,
Congratulations on re-starting the program. There are some sample marketing materials posted in the “Tools for Palliative Care Programs” section of the site:

You can check out the brochures that have language appropriate for patients and providers, and the “talking points” document in the same section is also quite useful.
