Post Rehabilitation of the Palliative Care Patient

I have been asked to represent the USA at the Second Worldwide Palliative Care Patient in Rome next week. They have asked me to discuss the rehabilitation of the Palliative care Patient with emphasis on the role of the physical therapist in this endeavor.
Any info, comments articles or contacts are greatly appreciated

Dr. Marcos Montagnini at the Ann Arbor, Michigan VA has experience in Pall. Care rehab, you should contact him.
