I am looking for information on how inpatient palliative care units utilize their NP's? I am a Nurse Manager/NP preparing to establish the NP role in a 16 bed unit. Specifically, 1) does the unit have a Medical Director, collaborating physician, 2) what is the rounding protocol, 3) specific functions of the NP? Thanks
