Hi, I am interested in any information or ideas ,suggestion on how to start a palliative care program in our nicu. Any information or policy and procedures,competancy examples would be greatly appreciated.It is always hard to start up new programs and any input would be great thank you

I have developed a perinatel/neonatel palliative care program with the help of a mentor through the American Academy of Hospice and Palliative Medicine. My mentor is Nancy English, RN, Ph.D., with the Fetal Concerns program in Denver. We would be happy to share resources and information with you. Diane Arkava, MSW Billings Clinic 406-247-6344
