We are exploring the idea of using a third party pharmacy consulting group (with expertise in palliative care) to help our physicians determine optimal pharmaceutical needs and dosages. Does anyone have experience with such groups?

Hi, You might contact Haven Hospice at (800) 727-1889. They have a very strong pharmacy group that provides helpful consultations to physicians and might be able to advise. Michael W.
