I am wondering if a Palliative Care Brogram can be started in a skilled nursing facility (SNF). I realize that most residents in a SNF are receiving palliative care, but not always, or there may be changes that need to be addressed. It can be a way of giving support to family or significant others, too. Please give me your feedback.

Thank you,

Karen
