We are also a Critical Access Hospital and starting a Palliative Care program. Hoping to do both in and outpatient. Have you had any success finding other programs? How is yours going?

We are in the process of getting our inpatient palliative care consult service up and running. Will likely look at adding outpatient within a year or so. You may want to check out other palliative care services in your state at www.getpalliativecare.org
