We initiated our Palliative Care Service 6 months ago. We have 100 beds in our rural hospital. I am happy to share our experience. Email would probably be the easiest way to do this...

We are also looking to initiate a Palliative Care Unit within our hospital. We are a 55 bed facility. We will be converting our Rehab Unit into the Care Unit. I am looking for anyone who has information about Policys and Procedures for said unit also any information I can find.

I would be thrilled to hear anything about your experience. We are in MO and will be the first in our state.
