Post Inpatient Palliative Care in a Rural Hospital

We are investigating the feasibility of starting a formal palliative care program in our rural hospital. When I say rural, I mean a 24 bed Critical Access Hospital. Does anyone have any experience starting such a program, or resources to share regarding a rural setting specifically?

We initiated our Palliative Care Service 6 months ago. We have 100 beds in our rural hospital. I am happy to share our experience. Email would probably be the easiest way to do this...

We are also a Critical Access Hospital and starting a Palliative Care program. Hoping to do both in and outpatient. Have you had any success finding other programs? How is yours going?
