Participating in the Palliative Care Learning Center training at UCSF has been a wonderful experience for our system. The preparation materials that they provide before the actual training, the multiple day training and the follow up mentoring phone sessions have all been so valuable in helping us develop our program. I highly recommend affilitation with one of the training centers if that is possible for your steering committee.

Our experience with the PCLC at Fairview Health in Minniapolis was also a terrific experience, and absolutely invaluable in providing us with the tools we needed to establish a successful program. This was tby far he most important component of our strategic plan!
