We are a fairly new association that represents hospices and palliative care in our country.We are trying to come up with a standards manual, and a monitoring and evaluation tool for palliative care. We would be grateful for any one willing to share thiers or give some tips how best to develop these tools.

Greetings! There are excellent guidelines already formulated. Go to http://www.nationalconsensusproject.org/ and you can download them for free. Which country? I may be able to find others nearby. The CAPC program, website www.capc.org, and meetings go through all the evaluation plans needed, too.
