Post Press Ganey-Patient Satisfaction

Because a substantial number of the patients we consult on do not receive a patient satisfaction survey (due to discharge to a nursing home), it is difficult to measure if patient satisfaction improves with palliative care presence. I was wondering if anyone has seen any research showing a direct or an indirect positive influence on these scores in hospitals who have an inpatient consult service.
Thanks for your help!
