Post Benchmark for DNR orders?

I know this is out there but can't put my finger on it. I am looking for data regarding the effect of palliative care consultation on the prevalence of dnr orders for inpatients. grateful for direction from anyone.

I'm not aware of any published information about bench marking for DNR orders as it relates to palliative consultation. I know some programs collect date re: change in code status following palliative consultation. It may be an area for you to monitor locally. In general the benchmark is for documentation of goals of care discussions which often leads to DNR discussions and subsequent change in resuscitation status.
