Hi. I don't know of any commonly-used outpatient palliative care satisfaction surveys. Most institutions use their routine evaluation across the various services. One consideration is to try to find an appropriate control group to compare with... e.g. satisfaction among non-palliative care consulted cancer patients similar to your palliative care consulted cancer patients. In the hospital, most programs find it most useful to use the hospital-wide survey, to enable direct comparisons for strategic purposes.
