Hi,
I am the only FTE in a nurse consultant PC program and am looking for a pt/family satisfaction survey for a program such as mine. or one that easily adaptable. Anyone done one yet?

Hi Deb - I don't think you need one customized for the particular nature of your program. Visit the CAPC Tools section at http://www.capc.org/tools-for-palliative-care-programs/clinical-tools and you should be able to find a satisfaction tool that will meet your needs. Let me know if not. I developed a pt sat survey utilizing the Press Ganey format. I revised it to more closely address our program-specific topics. I'm happy to share...email me for a copy.
