We developed a database using Microsoft Access. It has proven to be an invaluable tool.

I have been trying to set up a clinical data collection sheet in Microsoft Excell and am finding it difficult to translate the info into a spreadsheet. I am limitedly acquainted with Access. Any chance you could share a template of what you are using to collect the data in Access with me? I would greatly appreciate it.
