Thank you Nancy. I also compare the cost of care and see a significant decrease once palliative care intervenes. Do you look at anything else?

I look at LOS before and after referral, LOS decrease from the prior quarter(s), several variations of the same, some clinical scores - before and after, how much and how many I educate per quarter, numbers of referrals, how many from new referral sources, satisfaction survey results, probably some others I forget.
