Post Interventions/goals that are specific/measurable
Author: SusanDMin
Date: May 5, 2009 5:35 pm

Hello and blessings to all. I am new to this forum but have many years in chaplaincy.
THe discussions on assessments are valuable.

What I am looking for is a set of interventions and goals that are specific and measurable enough to fit the new COPS and other standards. Interventions such as "Doing grief work" may not be specific enough.

Thanks in advance for your input,

Susan Lied, DMin, Chaplain,
Cedar Community Home Health and Hospice
