Press Ganey does allow an institution to add any questions it wants. A certain number come free, after that there is an added fee. Institutions can make up their own questions on palliative care or any other topic. The problem with that approach from the institution's point of view is that the question cannot be benchmarked because only one institution uses it. However, PG maintains a list of these questions that have been used elewhere that is very extensive and covers all sorts of topics. They will also tell you how many other institutions use this question. Since I agree that useing the same questions as the hospital would be optimal, you might request the full PG list from your PG rep and see if anything suits.
