Under the tools section of the CAPC website there are several satisfaction tools listed. They are in a sub-folder called "Bereavement, Patient/Family, Physician Satisfaction" tools. One of the things Mt. Carmel has found is that when we survey hospital patients and families who have utilized PC services there is a marked higher satisfaction with PC. It is also notable that including a common question on the PC survey that is also on the survey used by the hospital that you have a common denominator to compare against. Hope this is helpful.
