When I read through the assessment tools for chaplain for palliative care, I saw that the assesment tools were nice and easy to use on a patient. My question is that if due to pains the patients is unable to response to this assessment tools. What are other resources that a palliative care chaplain can effectively use in order to give care and hope to such a patients?
