I would be very interested in a copy of it. I'm curently a hospice chaplain. Am always looking for assessment tools. Has anyone used one developed Rohr or Groves?

I agree that learning the spiritual tradition of the patient and family can be especially helpful when responding to the presence of life threatening or limiting disease. A copy of the document you mentioned will be welcome. Thank you for the offer...

People should not forget that receiving PlainViews (www.plainviews.org)is a good way to be in touch with many chaplains around the world. It is a great place to not only read what others are doing, but to ask for help and ideas.
