In the near future, my medical center will be
offering a Palliative Care health care support in our hospital setting.
I am searching for spiritual care/pastoral care guidelines in developing a spiritual care chaplaincy.
Any suggestions/resources?

I am not precisesly sure what you are looking for. Guidelines as in job description for a chaplain? Guidelines for how chaplaincy should function? In either case, there is some material on the web site of the Associatioan of Professional Chaplains (www.professionalchaplains.org) under Resource Room. There is also a good bit of accumulated information in other Chaplaincy parts of this forum. The Rev.
