I am not precisesly sure what you are looking for. Guidelines as in job description for a chaplain? Guidelines for how chaplaincy should function? In either case, there is some material on the web site of the Associatioan of Professional Chaplains (www.professionalchaplains.org) under Resource Room. There is also a good bit of accumulated information in other Chaplaincy parts of this forum.
