The Nat'l Assoc of Jewish Chaplains has a list of resources on their website: http://www.najc.org/main/resources.htm
But if you are looking for general web resources on interfaith,
http://www.beliefnet.com/ is a good all-purpose, skim-the-surface website.
http://www.religioustolerance.org/ is better for new religious movements, smaller sects, and clearing up misunderstandings.
http://www.adherents.com/ and http://religions.pewforum.org/ are both excellent resources for research.
Hope this helps!
