CPE and board certification aren't the only factors in helping shape the ability to minister within diverse traditions. I grew up as an "Army brat" and learned from chaplains of four-five different traditions. While in the pastorate, many of the ministerial associaitons in which I participated were very rich in diversity. On mission trips I encountered diverse cultures and ways of believing. Don't discount factors such as these in a candidate's qualifications.
