Issues may include capacity,determining benefits vs burdens,disclosure,advanced care planning, decision making capacity especially for marginalized groups;withholding vs withdrawing treatment; stopping vents,tpn pegs feeds, dialysis; double effect, medical futility, sedation at the end of life.
