again a question perhaps more for aahpm, but no answer here it is: if a patient is transferred from another hospice or from hospital to home and needs a face to face encounter on a friday can we wait 72 hours to do the face to face. here are some examples: 1. patient comes home at 9am friday morning 2. patient comes home at 4:50 pm friday afternoon 3. patient comes in at 9PM friday evening. any info will be greatly appreciated.
