Post Terminal agitation coding

Does anyone have a icd9 code for terminal agitation? I have been using: 308.2 psychomotor disturbance, but I'm getting denials from insurance stating that's a psych use only code.

I'm wondering if I should just use a delirium code??

We are working on the PC Charge Code Sheet - we would use 307.09 - Other unspecified non-psychotic special symptoms or syndromes. Has any other codes been used and approved by other PC teams?

We have successfully billed using the Delirium (293.0) code.
