We are getting ready to begin visits with Palliative Care and I was wondering if there is anyone out there that would be willing to share a fee schedule with us.

There are legal issues with sharing fee schedules. I am in an academic medical center; all our E/M fees and fees for prolonged care are the same regardless of the medicine specialty billing them.
