Does anyone have experience with submitting and collecting on 99339 and 99340 codes for supervision and coordination of care for patient in home (not enrolled in hospice or home health)?

We haven't billed these codes much, but are looking into billing them for our ID providers. I'm familiar with them and the docuemntation requirements. If you have a specific question that I can help you with, please let me know.
