Does anyone bill insurance for their RN charges? I didn't think it was allowable then we heard about some other Palliative Care's who do this.

If your clnic is office based you can bill for RN services under "incident-to" rules if you meet all of the conditions. However, you're only looking at billing 99211 and for simple injections, vaccinations etc. There is no E/M code above 99211 that you can bill.
