Post Collections rate for palliative care

I work for a hospice that has recently developed a separate palliative care program. I'm wondering how similar programs are doing in terms of collections? It seems like we are collecting about 75% of our charges. Is this fairly decent or is there a lot of room for improvement? Hospice billers, like myself, do not have much experience when it comes to Med. B and private insurance companies!

It all depends on your charge rate; Medicare allowables or a % of RBRVS?
