Post Billing for disciplines in Palliative Care

There seems to be information on billing for physicians, nurse practitioners, and social workers in palliative care. What about other disciplines such as chaplains, nutritionist, physical thereapy, occupational therapy, etc.

The providers you have mentioned are typically employed by the facility thus their services are billed by the hospital. Facility billing is quite different than provider billing. What kind of setting are you envisioning these providers in working in?
