Our Hospice is starting a Palliative Care Program. Can you bill for wound care? If so, is global billing factors an issue? Does the wound care RN (not a NP)need to have a provider number or can we just bill under the practice name and #?

Is your clinic office or outpatient based? Were you looking at the wound care management codes 97597-97606 or 29581?
