Could anyone share where I could find written support for billing APRN Palliative Consult (on Medicare B) for pt in homecare being billed for Medicare Part A?

Mary, can you please provide some additional information? Sounds like a patient with Part B coverage being seen by PC APRN; patient is currently in homecare which is billed to Part A. Is the question how do you bill a homecare PC consult to Part B?
