New to this portion of billing and I am having problems with Medicare paying the claims.
What are the general CPT codes and the POS for Hospice billing in a separate hospice facility that the Provider goes to for visits independently.
I need direction! Thanks!

You should be using POS 34 and CPT codes 99324-99337. If you're using these already and still getting denied, please let me know.
