Any update whether the prologed service codes still need to be face- to- face rather than with surrogates? Has CMS accepted the 2009 AMA wordign abotu fllor/ unit time? Thanks

CMS has not announced any intent to pay for prolonged care services that are not performed face to face with the patient.
