Post New coding rules

Has CAPC reviewed the 2010 coding guidelines which effect Palliative Care? I don't know when/how to use Category II Codes (e.g. 0535F Dypnea Management,1150F-1153F etc.) or what the "Palliative/End of Life Care measure set" is. Also, they have changed some of the language regarding prolonged service codes. Can we use them for non-face-to-face interactions now? Any planned audio conferences to help us out with the changes? Thanks, C.Blizzard MD
