We are having problem billing for hha and snv services we provided last year. We do DDE with the Palmetto. The main problem is that the billing came back in the T mode status. What can we do?

It sounds like you are billing for facility services if you are billing Part A? My expertise is in Part B/physician benefits and I'm afraid I don't know what HHA, SNV and DDE stand for, could you please clarify that for me and I'll see what I can do to get some answers for you?
