CAPC's program directory is a resource for those who are looking to locate palliative care programs across the nation. This is not a comprehensive list and all information is submitted by palliative care programs who choose to register. Inclusion in the directory is not an endorsement by CAPC and the information is not monitored by CAPC staff. The directory is offered as an informal reference tool for health care professionals, the media and consumers.
